How to crochet your very own scrunchie!

You will need:
-Yarn (5-weight)
-Crochet hook (5.5mm)
-Hair tie
-Scissors

Estimated time: 5-6 minutes

NOTES: If you have lighter or heavier weight yarn, just lower or raise the hook size by 1mm to match. And if you would like multiple colors, you can change colors at R2 or R3.

Instructions:
R1: 28-36 sc around hair tie (I did 34)
R2: 28-36 inc
(optional) R3: sc all the way around
Abbreviations:
sc – single crochet
inc – increase

Sorry if you can’t see what I’m doing very well; I try to keep my hands in frame but sometimes they slip out of frame. And no, this is not the rate I normally crochet at. The video is sped up.

How to finger-knit a chain using yarn!

You will need:
-Yarn
-Scissors
-Hook (optional)

NOTE: In this video I used two fingers, but you can use up to four doing the same method. I would not recommend using your thumb.
